How do I get my license key?
Sign in to the customer portal above using your order number and the email address from your order. Your keys are also included in the order confirmation we sent you once your payment was received.
How do I activate the software?
Install the software from the download area in the portal, open it and enter your license key. Activation runs through a secured online API; afterwards the app keeps working offline as well.
On how many devices may I use the license?
A single license is valid for one device, a volume license for several (the number is shown with your license in the portal). To move to a new device, simply release an existing activation in the app.
Does my license apply to later versions?
Your license applies to the major version you purchased. Larger new major versions may require a new license or an upgrade key.
I can't find my order number.
The order number (e.g. ND-9A4DHH7K for NeoDJ, LR-… for Lightrails) is in your order confirmation. If you can't find it, write to us from the email address you used for the order at info@offprism.com.
Cancellation and refunds
For digital licenses, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as execution has begun with your consent (key retrieved/software downloaded). If you have a problem with a key, our support team is happy to help.
