This cancellation policy applies to consumers insofar as they are entitled under the applicable law to a right of withdrawal for the purchase of digital content. Entrepreneurs are not entitled to a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement:

You may in particular
- use the online withdrawal function at https://offprism.com/withdrawal;
- send an e-mail to info@offprism.com; or
- send a statement by post to the address given above.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you use the online withdrawal function, we will send you without undue delay an acknowledgement of receipt including the content as well as the date and time of your withdrawal on a durable medium, in particular by e-mail.
2. EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of contracts for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. You have expressly agreed that OffPrism begins performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
2. You have confirmed that you are aware that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
3. OffPrism has provided you with a confirmation of the contract including your consent and your acknowledgement on a durable medium.
4. OffPrism has subsequently begun performance of the contract.
Performance of the contract begins in particular with the provision of the license key or another means that enables access to the paid software.
Without the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation of the contract, the right of withdrawal does not expire merely because a license key or a download has been provided.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your statement of withdrawal was received by us.
For the reimbursement we will as a matter of principle use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees from OffPrism as a result of the reimbursement.
After an effective withdrawal, you may no longer use the software and the license key or make them available to third parties. You must delete installed copies. OffPrism may deactivate the license key.
4. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may use this form. Use of the form is not mandatory.
