2. EXCLUSIVELY DIGITAL PROVISION

OffPrism sells exclusively digital software licenses. No physical goods, data carriers or packages are shipped.

Therefore, no shipping costs apply.

3. TYPE AND TIMING OF PROVISION

After successful payment and acceptance of the order, the license key is as a matter of principle provided immediately or without undue delay.

The customer receives the license key

by e-mail to the e-mail address provided when placing the order; and
in the OffPrism customer portal.

The software can be downloaded via the download area specified on offprism.com or in the customer portal.

In the case of an approved B2B purchase on account, provision takes place after acceptance of the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Technical security or fraud checks may delay provision in individual cases. If the license key is not provided, the customer should contact info@offprism.com quoting the order number. Statutory rights due to failure to provide or delayed provision remain unaffected.

4. DELIVERY AREA

Digital licenses can, as a matter of principle, be ordered worldwide, insofar as the respective country is offered at checkout and no statutory export controls, economic sanctions, tax-related or other legal restrictions stand in the way.

OffPrism may exclude individual countries or payment methods if this is required to comply with legal requirements or due to a lack of technical availability.

5. PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices are displayed in euros. The decisive figure is the total price displayed at checkout immediately before the order is placed.

The total price includes the taxes to be levied by OffPrism by law. Depending on the residence, company registered office, place of supply and tax status of the customer, the tax treatment may differ.

For entrepreneurs, the reverse-charge procedure may be applied if the statutory requirements are met. For this, a valid VAT identification number must be provided in good time and correctly.

Banks or payment providers may charge their own fees for currency conversions or foreign payments. These fees are not levied by OffPrism and not determined by OffPrism.

6. PAYMENT METHODS VIA STRIPE

Electronic payment processing takes place via Stripe. Depending on country, currency, device and technical availability, the following payment methods may be offered at checkout:

card payment;
EPS;
iDEAL/Wero;
Przelewy24;
Multibanco.

There is no entitlement that every payment method is offered for every order or in every country. Only the payment methods actually displayed at the respective checkout are binding.

The payment amount is due upon conclusion of the contract. The payment data are processed directly by Stripe and the payment providers involved, if any.

If a payment fails or is not authorised, the order is not executed. For payment methods with delayed confirmation, the provision of the license may be deferred until successful payment confirmation.

7. PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT FOR B2B CUSTOMERS

Entrepreneurs may be offered purchase on account after a prior review. There is no entitlement to purchase on account.

The invoice amount is to be paid within the period stated on the invoice without deduction. Decisive are the bank details stated on the invoice and the payment reference specified there.

In the event of default of payment, the statutory consequences of default apply. After a reminder and unsuccessful expiry of a reasonable payment period, OffPrism may block further activations or suspend the right of use, which is granted only revocably until full payment, insofar as this is legally permissible.

8. REFUNDS

If a refund is owed, it is as a matter of principle made via the same means of payment used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds are initiated without undue delay and within the respective applicable statutory periods. The time until final crediting may additionally depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
